Oakridge Riding Academy, Horse camps offer a unique and immersive experience where campers learn to ride in addition to being taught, the fundamentals of equine care. Camp days involve daily riding instruction, demonstrations with equine professionals, crafts, and many other fun activities to grow camper's horse knowledge. We do this in a safe and fun environment for campers to grow their knowledge while making friends and having fun.

Beginner Horse Camp
February 8th 2025
10AM-3PM
Join us for a full day program perfect for new riders or horse crazy kiddos. We will learn safety around horses, how to properly groom, and the basics of controlling a horse under saddle. We will be playing fun educational games and make a craft to take home. Our goal is to provide a safe and memorable experience for young horse lovers. We look forward to seeing you there and sharing our love of horses with you.
Cost: $110
Ages 5-12
Wear jeans, or leggings with a heeled boot. Please dress warm as we will be out in the barn all day!
Snacks and drink will be provided

Mini Horse Trainer Camp
10:00Am-3:00PM
Join us for a two day mini camp teaching riders to become well rounded equestrians. This camp will be packed with educational teachings on lunging, long lining , driving, industry opportunities and much more activities.
Wear warm clothes and bring a packed lunch.
Snacks and hot coco will be provided
this camp is only open to students currently enrolled in Oakridge riding academy program
Camp Fee:$160 for both days
Adult Camp
10am-3Pm
Join us for our one day only adult camp where we will build our horsemanship skills, expand our knowledge and strengthen our riding. This is a great opportunity to get some solid riding time with detailed instruction from our fantastic head trainer, Isabelle Abderholden, and enjoy time with other individuals in the barn.
Food and drinks will be provided.
Ages 18+

Happy Horse Days Camp

This will be the only summer camp for intermediate to advanced riders that our schedule allows so please get registered to secure your spot.
Ages: 7-16
Cost: $550
Wear long pants and a heeled boot. Also bring a packed lunch for all five days

Helmets will be provided, but fee free to bring your own if you have one

Private Event Camps
We offer a variety of private camp packages that are sure to make any event fun and memorable. Our base package starts at $125 and an additional $20 per Participant. Each participant gets personally tailored riding on one of our reliable lesson horses. Packages include grooming, braiding, crafts and much more. Private camps are offered all year round. Our facility offers a warming room for winter and a covered patio and picnic areas for summer events.
